Welcome to the Disney area at it’s finest. Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath , pool home complete games room, is waiting to accommodate all of your vacation needs. Located just 10 minutes from the Disney attractions, you can experience it all, the excitement of one of the world’s most fascinating vacation destinations within the comfort of your own private pool home.
Our light and spacious home features 4 large bedrooms all with cable TV; the huge master bedroom has lovely open views over the golf course and includes a beautiful ensuite bathroom with extra large bath, shower cubical, twin basins and toilet, off from the ensuite is a walk in dressing room with lots of hanging and shelf space, the other spacious bedrooms, all include built in wardrobes and plenty of drawer space, the bed configurations are, 1 Queen, 1 Double, and 2 twin beds, one of which has a Disney theme, the main bathroom includes full size bath, shower, twin basins, toilet and is ideally positioned to serve the other bedrooms, there is a good size cloakroom/bathroom downstairs which includes a vanity unit with extra storage space, along with the queen sized sofa sleeper in the lounge, you have the option of accommodating up to 10 persons.
Our fully equipped kitchen provides the ability to prepare a gourmet meal, or merely take some snacks poolside and enjoy the serenity of your screen enclosed pool and fenced garden. Should you opt for a more formal dinner, we have a lovely formal dining area. The eat-in kitchen with dinette set, allows you to have a more casual setting, for breakfast and family meals.
For relaxing and watching TV, there is a very comfortable corner sofa with coffee tables in the family room, but if you want to get away from it all with a good book or just listen to your favourite CD on the music centre, there is no better place than the spacious lounge where you can stretch out and relax on one of the sofas.
For your TV enjoyment your home away from home comes equipped with cable TV and DVD player in the family room, as well as TVs in all of the bedrooms.
For the young and young at heart, we have a fully equipped games room, complete with American pool, air hockey, table football and darts,hopefully this will help to occupy the kids while the the adults take time to relax by the pool.
To accommodate younger guests we supply at no extra charge a cot, high chair and buggy.
The heated pool is great for recreation and play, we have a fully retractable awning, which is ideal for shade or shelter from the Florida showers, there are numerous pool toys and rafts as well as comfy patio furniture for your relaxation, there is also a gas barbeque in the garden for your use, for added security and privacy the lawned garden is fenced in.
There is a dedicated laundry room which includes a full size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board for your convenience.
All linen, towels and pool towels are provided for your use in the Villa.
Hairdryers are supplied in both bathrooms.
The villa enjoys full air conditioning to all rooms as well as central heating for those chilly nights, there are also ceiling fans to all living and bedrooms.
There is a two car garage with electrically operated door and parking for three cars, on the drive.

Located just 10 minutes from Disney in the sought after community of Esprit at the intersection of 192 and Route 27. Community pool , tennis and basketball courts, and a fishing pier on the 400 acre Lake Davenport are just steps from our door.
Esprit is a pleasant golf course community, although a semi-rural community, Esprit is within easy reach of supermarkets, 5 minutes and local restaurants 5 minutes, while many villas claim to be minutes from Disney they are in fact a good 20 to 30 minutes from other essential amenities such as restaurants and shops which must be considered when choosing a vacation villa .
For visitors seeking the attractions, it is just 10 minutes from Disney Main Gate and 20 minutes from most other theme parks such as Sea world and Universal studios, it is centrally placed with easy access to the Interstate 4, for day trips to both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, or Kennedy Space Centre.
