Our four bedroom, three bathroom villa in Highgate Park at the Villages of Legacy Park, is situated 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. Universal Studios, Sea World are just a 30 minute drive away. It is in a quiet location off Highway 27 but near Kissimmee and Celebration and all the popular shopping malls, attractions and restaurants. The new Posner Park Mall, Publix and Walmart supermarkets are also nearby. This beautiful fully air conditioned home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people with its two king-sized bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite opens onto the pool area, second master bedroom is also en-suite making this ideal for 2 families. The remaining two bedrooms share the third bathroom. Our villa is a great place to relax after a busy day at the theme parks or after a round of golf on one of the numerous golf courses (Champions Gate Golf Resort is only 8 miles from the Villa). Its is a great place to call home for the duration of your visit. Our private screened swimming pool with separate spa is south facing and overlooks a conservation area. For the safety of young children there is a removable child safety fence. Pool and spa heating can be provided as an optional extra. There is a covered lanai area with plenty poolside furniture for you to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The fully equipped kitchen/breakfast area has everything you require. A full sized washing machine and drier are also provided in a separate utility area. There is cable TV in all the rooms, also CD and DVD players in the spacious open plan living area, with a Playstation 2 in one of the twin bedrooms. Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey and Darts is also provided for your enjoyment. An in-room safe, cot, highchair and stroller are also available for your use free of charge. Terrace Ridge is a small gated community less than ten minutes drive from the Disney theme parks and twenty minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios. It is within easy reach of Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Sanford Airport (SFB). Two minutes drive is the Reunion and Champions Gate with its world renowned golf courses, restaurants, shops, gas stations, takeaways, a large Publix supermarket and pharmacy. A further five minutes away is the 192, a busy tourist area full of restaurants, shops and amenities. Two miles away is the Interstate 4 giving easy access to East and West Coast Beaches, theme parks and attractions. Terrace View is a beautiful 3 bed 2 bath condo and is luxuriously furnished throughout. It is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms for your added comfort. It is on the second floor and can be accessed from either the stairs or the elevator. There is ample free car parking available next to the condo. It can sleep 8 people comfortably plus one infant. We have provided both free local calls and high speed internet access for your convenience. There is also a desk area should you need to work whilst on vacation, just bring your laptop. The family living area has a ceiling fan for your comfort, two leather sofas, one of which converts into a double bed, coffee table, 2 occasional tables with lamps, 40 inch HDTV, DVD and cable TV including Fox soccer channel showing live English Premiership Football. The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 people, there is also two bar stools and patio doors leading out onto the private patio area overlooking the pool and sandy volleyball court. The patio area has a table, four chairs and a barbeque with one of the best views in Terrace Ridge. The well equipped kitchen has all modern appliances including fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, full set of cutlery, crockery and glassware etc. The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. We have 3 spacious bedrooms all with ceiling fans (sleeping for 6 adults) one being a master (king bed) en suite facilities including a large walk in double shower with his and hers sinks and a toilet. The second bedroom is a queen and is next to the second family bathroom with a shower over bath, his and her sinks and a toilet. The third bedroom (opposite family bathroom) has twin beds and themed bedding especially for the children and a games console. All of the bedrooms have walk in wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and dressers so ample space for your clothes and personal belongings. All bedrooms have TVs with cable channels. There is also plenty of clean towels and bed linen for your use. For your families safety the condo is fitted with smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. All of the community facilities are free for you to use, we have the large heated (during winter months) swimming pool with comfy sun loungers, tables and chairs with ample space to sunbath, a covered heated Jacuzzi/spa for you to relax after a long day at the parks. Or why not send the children to the games room equipped with a full size pool table, table soccer and wireless internet access, or you could spend some time relaxing at the Resort Clubhouse with its seating area and 42 inch plasma TV. If however your feeling energetic why not try the fitness room or the volleyball court. The annual series of tournaments will allow juniors to earn awards and points for every tournament. The players in each group with the most points at Tour?s end will earn Player of the Year and an invitation to the Tournament of Champions. By working with individuals and agencies dedicated to helping youth and growing the game of golf, we believe that the Central Florida Junior Golf Tour will play a significant role in developing youth both in the game and in their personal quest to assume meaningful, rewarding and responsible positions in society.
