Check in and out Instructions
We run our home privately with our own British managment company,for the more personal touch.Check in at the resort after 4 pm.
Check out is at 10am.
Go to the reception with your booking reference number which you will recieve direct from us.They will check you in and give you a map of the resort,and a security pass for entering the community.
Due to we understand flights may be later in the day we try to be flexible,so aslong as prior arrangment has been made and we do not have another booking we usually let you go back to the house to freshen up before your journey home.
We have our own lock box code so you do not have the worry of carrying keys around.
Driving Directions
We can provide maps with your booking to make your stay easier.About 40 mins from Sanford 30 from International.
Drive down the I4 towards Kissimmee, US 192 everything is brilliantly signposted.Head onto the H27 follow the road towards Haines City/Claremont.
Regal Palms is situated at Berry town centre,turn right at Sandmine road Regal Palms is on the right hand side.
Upon check in they will give you a map of the resort and highlight our home.There is ample parking at the reception area.
Also you will find maps and a guide book we have put together in the house with hints and tips on getting the best out of your stay.Our managment company are on hand to assist you with anything esle you may require.
They can also do airport pick ups.welcome packs etc.
